![]() Just another thought, Are you current and up to date with all of Windows, to include Internet Explorer. However, I personally feel they ( Cox) should attempt to fully resolve your issue, without compensation I might add. ![]() I wish I could be of more assistance, You can always choose to Purchase "Directly from McAfee" if you wish. For there has been other individuals, whom have had installation problems as well, in regards to Cox. Here it is: I still say that the Cox Techs, should be capable of resolving your installation issues, minus any internal problems with your system. However, it seems to be of a different origin-issue. I did indeed find the thread I mentioned in my initial reply to you. I would have thought the "Links you were offered, would have sufficed? I don,t think anyone insinuated that you were not knowledgeable enough, to install the software.
